Best Italian food you’ll ever have in your whole life. I’m also a big fan of Roots Steak House, which couldn’t be more convenient because it is right on the first floor of my building. There are so many great places to eat because you’re right in the center of town and everything is nearby.”
Ms. Ramsey’s family is just as excited about her new home as she is. When her brother visited her at 40 Park for the first time and saw the unique lifestyle it offered, he was taken aback. He went home to Virginia and decided to sell his house and look for a condo similar to 40 Park. Other visitors love the fact that she is a short walk from the train to New York City.
