TWO RETAIL BROKERS JOIN CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD’S NEW JERSEY OFFICE
Additions are aimed at meeting growing Retail Demand in the New Jersey Market
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – March 22, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has expanded its retail brokerage presence in New Jersey with the relocation of Nancy Erickson from the firm’s New York Midtown headquarters. Also, Gabriela Iannotta has joined the firm, and will work with Erickson.

Erickson, a resident of Hoboken, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2004 as a seasoned industry professional and has continued to establish herself as an expert on both national and local levels. She serves as exclusive broker for national tenants Kool Smiles and Hess, and has completed numerous transactions for growing School of Rock throughout the U.S., along with representing many other national and local retailers. She is a long-time member of ICSC.
Iannotta, a Jersey City resident, graduated from William Paterson University in 2007 Summa Cum Laude. With experience in retail franchise sales, marketing, and management, she joined Cushman & Wakefield as a real estate salesperson from School of Rock and will assist in building the firm’s New Jersey retail practice.
“We will utilize our national experience to provide market leadership and serve this important retail market,” said Erickson. “That works both ways. Not only will we expand the presence of national retailers in New Jersey, but we will also look to expand growing New Jersey retail tenants nationally.”
