Broker-Manager. Smith brings more than two decades of management experience that includes team leadership, customer service, recruitment, training and sales experience to her new role.

Prior to joining RLS Realtors, Smith worked for another New Jersey real estate organization where, in addition to her role as a sales associate, she became the recruitment and training specialist for an office of more than 90 real estate agents. Before earning her real estate license in February 2004, Smith spent 23 years with AT&T in various leadership roles in marketing, and in sales. She developed training courses for AT&T’s international sales associates and traveled throughout the U.S. implementing the training program. In addition, she served as a liaison between AT&T and Small Business Association chapters throughout the country.

A resident of Chester, N.J. since 2003, Smith grew up in Randolph, N.J. where her family still resides.
