Sima Parisi Joins Gloria Nilson & Co, Real Estate Brick Office
WASHINGTON, D.C. – July 17, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate Estate today announces Sima Parisi has joined the Brick Office as a Broker/Sales Associate. Parisi brings 30 years of real estate experience, having most recently spent 17 years as a real estate sales associate and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a major builder of adult communities in Ocean County.

Parisi has been responsible for marketing over $150 million dollars of real estate in four active adult communities. Sima led the sales and marketing teams and was responsible for hiring, training and supervising the sales and administrative staff, organizing and planning sales events, focus groups and other marketing endeavors, resulting in the successful completion of those four communities. Sima was voted Sales Manager of the year by the National Association of Home Builders for the entire North East.
Sima has her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, she has her CAASH designation (Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing) a member of the Shore Builders Association and the 50+ Housing Council. Sima lives at the Fairways with her husband Vincent.
