PRISM ANNOUNCES 21,200 SQUARE FEET IN LEASING AT BROADACRES OFFICE PARK
New Commitment, Expansion Highlight Activity at Bloomfield, N.J., Campus
BLOOMFIELD, N.J. – June 5, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Prism Capital Partners, LLC has announced three leases totaling 21,200 square feet at its BroadAcres Office Park in Bloomfield this spring. Edwin H. Cohen and Eugene Diaz, Prism’s principals, served as in-house representatives for their firm, which owns and manages the 380,000-square-foot campus.
Financial services organization International Planning Alliance has leased 7,700 square feet at BroadAcres Office Park. The firm will relocate its headquarters to 300 Broadacres Drive from Fairfield, N.J., this summer. Bill Brown from Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. served as tenant broker.
Sun National Bank relocated and more than doubled the size of its office within 400 Broadacres Drive; it now occupies 6,500 square feet there. Peter Rasmusson with Lee & Associates represented Sun National in the transaction. The New Jersey-based financial institution initially located at BroadAcres Office Park in 2008.
Additionally, Prism, itself, leased 7,000 square feet at 200 Broadacres Drive. The firm relocated its headquarters to the property from Englewood, N.J., in an expansion move. Prism has maintained onsite property management operations at BroadAcres since it acquired the campus in 2006.

Prism Capital Partners’ upgrades at BroadAcres Office Park have included the creation of an inviting outdoor courtyard and patio area, and full lobby updates at 300 and 400 Broadacres Drive. Tenants also enjoy available conference space and upscale, specialty sit-down food service and on-site catering from Classic Cafe. The café and shop opened last year adjacent to the new courtyard on the ground floor of 200 Broadacres Drive.
