Metro Commercial Negotiates Windsor Hights Lease
Party Fair joins other retailers in East Windsor, NJ shopping center
EAST WINDSOR, NJ – March 1, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Metro Commercial, the region’s premiere full-service retail real estate firm, announced today that as part of their exclusive representation of Windsor Hights Shopping Center, it has completed an 12,500-square-foot lease transaction for Party Fair.
Metro Commercial’s Pete Nicholson represented the landlord, East Windsor, LLC, in the lease transaction. The party supply retailer will join the 130,000-square-foot Super Fresh-anchored shopping center, located at 370 Route 130 in early 2011.
Party Fair, a discount party goods and retail party store, joins retailers Staples, Sprint, PNC, Payless Shoes, and Lee’s Cleaners.
“The addition of Party Fair to Windsor Hights Shopping Center was a needed draw to the center to support co-tenancy cross purchasing,” said Nicholson. “We have also added a cell phone store to augment the image of the center.”
Metro Commercial Management Services, Inc. also manages Windsor Hights for the owner.
