Metro Commercial Inks Club Metro USA Deal in Marlton, NJ
The upscale resort style fitness club will be the first of its kind in South Jersey
Marlton, NJ – March 2, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Metro Commercial announced today that it has brokered a 15,250-square-foot lease for Club Metro USA at Meadow’s Edge Marketplace in Marlton, NJ.
Metro Commercial’s Dan Brickner and Joseph Dougherty represented the landlord, Tanurb Marlton, LP in the lease transaction as part of their exclusive representation of this center. Construction on the space is currently underway and the fitness club is expected to open early this summer.
Club Metro USA is an upscale resort style fitness and wellness center at an affordable price. The fitness center, which will be a first of its kind in the community, is expected to do exceptionally well in this highly populated area. “Club Metro USA offers a convenient and affordable exercise option for area residents,” says Dan Brickner. “We believe that Club Metro USA will be a great addition to the Meadow’s Edge Marketplace.”
Meadow’s Edge Marketplace is on busy Route 73 across from the Promenade at Sagemore. Daily traffic counts are nearly 55,000 VPD on this busy north-south highway.
