New Senior Director is based in the Firm’s Morristown Office
MORRISTOWN, N.J. – April 13, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Kenneth Flynn has joined Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. as senior director. A 20-year veteran of commercial real estate, he is based in the commercial real estate services firm’s Morristown office.
“It gives me great pleasure to announce that Ken Flynn has joined Cushman & Wakefield,” said Gualberto “Gil” Medina, executive managing director in the firm’s East Rutherford, N.J. office. “He is a proven talent whose experience is a great addition. As he has throughout his career, Ken will be involved in all aspects of leasing transactions, including tenant representation and landlord agency leasing and marketing.”

Flynn is credited with completing more than 500 transactions representing over eight million square feet of space in his two decades of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was senior vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, and prior to that held a similar title with CBRE, coming to that firm with its acquisition of Trammell Crow Co.
His business and production has been largely from self-generated relationships with such companies as Global Aerospace, McGivney & Kluger, GenChemTATA, Alfieri, Eastman, and EI Realty. Additional clients have included Merrill Lynch, Eli Lilly, United Health Group and BNY Mellon, among others. A resident of Boonton Township, N.J., he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Columbia University.
