Gloria Nilson Director of New Homes Honored by New Jersey Builders Association with Three Coveted Awards
Suzzane Kronenfeld Recognized for Outstanding Association Commitment
WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 23, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Suzzane Kronenfeld, Director of New Homes at Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate has been awarded the prestigious Associate Hall of Fame Award by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) Officers. This award is presented each year to the individual who is being recognized for their sustained, dedicated quality service to the association and the community.
At the recent Atlantic Builders Convention held in Atlantic City, Kronenfeld also received the Chairman’s Award for Committee Service as well as the Ironman Award, which is presented to an individual for their extensive participation on a variety of committees and task forces within the association.
The NJBA is the leading trade association for the construction industry. Members include residential and commercial builders, developers, remodelers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, consultants and other professionals. The NJBA serves as a resource for its members through continuing education and advocacy.

Accolades are nothing new to Kronenfeld as she was awarded the Sales Manager of the Year at the Fabulous Achievements in Marketing Excellence (FAME) Awards in 2012 along with the Committee Service Award from the NJBA, Cornerstone Award and 2012 Ironman Award from the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey, and Sales Manager of the Year Award from the Community Builders and Remodelers Association, amongst others.
A graduate of Brooklyn College, Kronenfeld lives with her husband Steven and their daughter Erica in Manalapan.
