Real Estate Point Pleasant office, was awarded the 2013 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award in the March issue of New Jersey Monthly Magazine. The award is given annually to agents who received a qualifying client satisfaction rating, satisfied the applicable state licensing requirements, is actively employed as a licensed professional for at least 3 years, has had a favorable regulatory and complain history review, and has satisfied minimum client volume or production on a 1 year and 3 year basis (number and volume of transactions or number of client households served).

Miller earned her real estate license in 1978, and joined Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate in 2010 after 30 years working for other real estate firms in the area. Kathleen obtained her BA degree in Education from Kean University. She holds a Broker’s license and Instructor’s license. She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development. She is a also a member and past president of the Point Pleasant and Wall Rotary Clubs. Kathleen raised her 3 children, Todd, Kathryn, and Colleen, in Pt. Pleasant Beach and was a member of that Board of Education. She was also active in the Pt. Pleasant Beach PTO, Little League, and Girl Scouts.
