Company Relocates Offices to Class-A Office Park from Mountain Lakes

Built in 1989, the 96,450-square-foot, multi-tenant office complex is conveniently located at the four-way interchange of Interstates 80 and 287 and Routes 202 and 46. It also is within minutes of I-280 and Routes 24 and 10.
Morris Corporate Center III is comprised of four four-story buildings connected to a newly renovated lobby atrium featuring polished granite and reflective glass finishes. A cafeteria with extensive seating, fitness center with locker rooms, three-story covered parking deck and basketball court are among the on-site amenities. Morris Corporate Center III is part of a six-pod, multi-phase office campus that extends from Upper Pond Road to Interpace Parkway.
