Topcon America Corporation Acquires 85,427 Square Foot US Headquarters

Kenilworth, NJ – October 1, 2008 – (RealEstateRama) — Andrew B. Topcon America Corporation is currently located in Paramus, New Jersey. Along with its transaction partner, Marc J. Trevisan, formerly of CB Richard Ellis, Real Estate Strategies Corporation advised and represented Topcon America Corporation in the lease transaction. Topcon is expected to occupy its new headquarters in 2009.
