WASHINGTON, DC - July 6, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — U.S. Senators Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ) and Robert Menendez (D-NJ) today announced that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded nearly $16 million dollars in funding for New Jersey through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), HOME, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) community programs.
