Hamilton, NJ – November 8, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), the voice of New Jersey’s building industry, is pleased to announce that it will host a Legislative and Regulatory Update on issues affecting the building industry on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the Woodard & Curran Auditorium, 50 Millstone Road, Bldg. 100, East Windsor, NJ from 9:00 AM until 12:00 noon. Featured speakers include Ray Cantor, Esq., Chief Advisor to DEP Commissioner Bob Martin and Raymond S. Papperman, Esq., Deputy Advisor to the DEP Commissioner & Director, Office of Dispute Resolution.

Leading experts on legislative and regulatory matters will discuss COAH, the recently enacted Economic Opportunity Act and current environmental regulations including the Wastewater Management Planning Process and DEP updates. Every builder and industry practitioner in New Jersey needs to be familiar with how these initiatives will affect their business. Participants will leave the seminar armed with the knowledge to set the future direction of their company. Also, NJBA is pleased to offer Continuing Education Credits for New Jersey and Pennsylvania attorneys and New Jersey engineers.

The program will be moderated by Robert M. Washburn, Esq., Professor of Law at Rutgers – Camden School of Law, Of Counsel with Flaster/Greenberg PC and General Counsel to NJBA. Topics and speakers include:
