Leading experts on legislative and regulatory matters will discuss COAH, the recently enacted Economic Opportunity Act and current environmental regulations including the Wastewater Management Planning Process and DEP updates. Every builder and industry practitioner in New Jersey needs to be familiar with how these initiatives will affect their business.
