Metro Commercial Real Estate Negotiates 11,000 SF Lease for Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Princeton Forrestal Village
PLAINSBORO, N.J. – October 4, 2007 – Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has announced that they have negotiated a new 11,000 SF lease for Ruth’s Chris Steak House at the upscale Princeton Forrestal Village in Plainsboro, New Jersey.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House will construct a highly visible freestanding pad site at The Village’s main entrance situated at the intersection of Village Boulevard and College Road West. The restaurant is slated to open in the first quarter of 2008.
Owned by Gale Real Estate Services Company, Princeton Forrestal Village is located on US Route 1, just minutes from Interstates 95 and 295, Route 206 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Princeton Forrestal Village is an innovative mixed-use complex, consisting of 320,000 square feet of office space and 175,000 square feet of retail/service/professional space.
Ruth’s Chris is added to the list of growing upscale amenities offered at The Village, which now includes such tenants as: CAN DO Fitness and Koi Spa International, Salt Creek Grille, Tre Bar, an expansion to the existing TrePiani restaurant, as well as several new retailers that have opened this year.
