Plainsboro, NJ – GVA Williams New Jersey recently completed a 22,965-square-foot lease at 103 Morgan Lane, a three-story 65,106-square-foot Class-A office building in Plainsboro. GVA Williams New Jersey’s Senior Vice President Ward Greer represented the landlord, GRE Morgan Lane, LLC, in this transaction. The Staubach Company’s Principal J.C. Giordano and Transwestern’s Senior Vice President Phil McCarthy represented the tenant, CareGain.
“We are pleased to have completed this lease in a relatively short time frame,” stated Greer. “CareGain will be relocating from its previous location in East Windsor and chose 103 Morgan Lane for its strategic location and first-class corporate environment.”
GVA Williams New Jersey serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property. Currently, 20,193 square feet remains available at 103 Morgan Lane. Corporate neighbors include Photosound Communications, Inc., O’Brien Oil Pollution Services, Inc., Supremia International and Healthcare First.
Located in the Enterprise Business Center, 103 Morgan Lane underwent an extensive capital improvement program in 2005 and is situated just minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1 and Princeton Forrestal Village.
