Lee & Associates New Jersey Opens Second Office in Edison Township
Torrance, CA – September 5, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates New Jersey, in a move that will broaden its outreach and better serve its clients in the Central New Jersey region, has partnered with the former International Realty Group to open a second office in Edison, N.J.
Rick Gelmetti, a 30-year real estate veteran of the New Jersey market and founder of the New Jersey-based International Realty Group, will co-head the office as executive vice president and principal in conjunction with Brian Lynch, Rick Marchisio and Jason Lynch, founding partners of Lee & Associates Little Falls, New Jersey operation. The new office will be located at Raritan Plaza 1, in Edison’s Raritan Center Business Park.
“This new office will not only provide our office in Little Falls added outreach for our brokers and clients, but the addition of Rick brings more depth and scope to our entire team,” said Rick Marchisio, president of Lee New Jersey. Rick is a wealth of knowledge and a well respected professional in the New Jersey commercial brokerage industry.
Gelmetti and his team will provide bolstered brokerage and leasing services capabilities in Somerset, Middlesex and Union Counties, with an expertise in office and medical sectors of our business, added Brian Lynch.

“Since the contemplation of a second Lee office servicing Central New Jersey, two additional veteran commercial real estate brokers have joined the new office. David Saltzman, formerly of Newmark Knight Frank has come on board. Saltzman has over 25 years of brokerage experience throughout the Central New Jersey, having earned his stripes at Jacobson Goldfarb and Tanzman, one of New Jersey’s most formidable real estate services firms that was later merged with Newmark Knight Frank. In addition, Linda Hill, a veteran industrial broker serving the Union County and Middlesex County markets has joined the firm as well. Both Linda and Dave joined Lee because of our unique and entrepreneurial structure that gives brokers the opportunity for ownership, profit sharing and decision making power” stated Gelmetti. “Once the office opens this summer select brokers from Little Falls will relocate to Edison forming the foundation of a solid presence. That said, the space that we have leased in Raritan Plaza 1 has plenty of room for growth and we look forward to adding additional quality personnel like Linda and Dave as we move into the second half of 2012” stated Lynch.
