Lee & Associates Closes $9 Million Englewood Industrial Sale

WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 11, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the nation, has closed the $9 million industrial sale of 330 S. Van Brunt St.

Senior Vice President Michael Schaible of Lee’s New Jersey office represented the seller, Humphrey S. Lewis Urban Renewal Corp., while Senior Vice President Jeffrey Miller, also of Lee’s New Jersey office, represented the purchaser ITT Acquisitions LLC.

“ITT feels bullish that this Northern Bergen County locale, two minutes to the George Washington Bridge, New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) and I-80 has upside potential.”

Built in 1979, the single tenant net leased facility is leased to DENTSPLY, a global dental community with innovative, high quality, cost effective dental products.
