Hampshire Partners Fund VII Acquires 88,000-Square-Foot Warehouse in Teterboro, N.J.
Teterboro, NJ, Nov. 14, 2007 – The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, has announced the acquisition of an 88,000-square-foot warehouse building located at 375 North Street in Teterboro, N.J. The acquisition was made on behalf of Hampshire Partners Fund VII, Hampshire’s recently launched $350 million institutional real estate investment fund.
This multi-tenant facility is home to 19 tenants. The building is ideally located within the heart of Bergen County’s prime industrial market and has been historically leased with little or no vacancy.
