GVA Williams New Jersey Completes Sale of 101 Possumtown Road in Piscataway, New Jersey

Buyer Plans to Redevelop Site Into 300,000-SF Data Center Campus

Piscataway, NJ  December 11, 2007 – GVA Williams New Jersey recently announced it has represented Whale Ventures, LLC in its acquisition of 38 acres of land at 101 Possumtown Road in Piscataway.  GVA Williams New Jersey’s Vice President Colton Brown and First Vice President Drew Persson represented the buyer, who plans to construct a new 300,000-square-foot data center at the site.  Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, GlaxoSmithKline.

101 Possumtown Road is the former site of a demolished GlaxoSmithKline facility.
