Rockaway, NJ – December 17, 2007 – GVA Williams New Jersey recently completed a 26,024-square-foot research and development lease at 400 Commons Way, an 82,000-square-foot Class A flex/office building, in Rockaway. GVA Williams New Jersey’s Executive Vice President John Cunningham represented the tenant. The landlord, RREEF, was represented in-house by Vice President David Nenner and CB Richard Ellis’ First Vice President Thomas Mallaney.
“Biotest Diagnostics is consolidating and relocating from its previous location in Denville and will use 400 Commons Way as its United States headquarters. This new space will seamlessly integrate the company’s corporate and research and development operations, while providing Biotest Diagnostics with a premier corporate address,” stated Cunningham.
400 Commons Way is conveniently located just one mile from Interstate 80.
