NJBA and the Star-Ledger/NJ.com Present New Jersey New Home Showcase Parade of Homes – April 9 to 17, 2011

March 2, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the Star-Ledger/NJ.com will present the New Jersey New Home Showcase Parade of Homes from Saturday, April 9 through Sunday, April 17, 2011. Many of the state’s leading homebuilders will participate in the event which will showcase dozens of new home communities throughout New Jersey. The event will be featured in print, online and in radio promotions beginning in early April and running throughout the event.

“Anyone interested in purchasing a new home is encouraged to take part in the New Jersey New Home Showcase Parade of Homes. Builders are offering numerous incentives to encourage prospective homebuyers to purchase new construction,” said NJBA President, Thomas Critelli. “Homeownership is one of the most important investments a person can make. The New Jersey New Home Showcase Parade of Homes will provide prospective homebuyers with a week-long opportunity to tour participating communities, consider the many benefits of new construction, and select a great place to call ‘home’.”
