SEPT. 12: WALTERS GROUP TO OPEN NEW SALES/LEASING CENTER FOR STAFFORD PRESERVE
Construction is Underway on Luxury Rental Community in Manahawkin
BARNEGAT, N.J. – August 30, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Walters Group, a leading residential and commercial real estate developer will be opening a new sales and leasing center for Stafford Preserve on Monday, Sept. 12, and will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The luxury rental community is currently under construction in Manahawkin, located just off Exit 63 of the Garden State Parkway, on Stafford Park Blvd.
Stafford Preserve will offer 216 eco-friendly apartment homes in southern Ocean County. Prospective residents can learn more about the new community by visiting the center where renderings of building exteriors, interior layouts, and clubhouse amenities will be on display. The center will be open seven days a week beginning October 1 with a staff of leasing specialists on hand to answer questions.
The project consists of 18 three-story buildings, combining new designs, conveniences and amenities to create luxurious apartment living at the Jersey Shore. The energy-efficient community will provide one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartments as well as two-bedroom townhouses, with rents starting at $1,195. Each spacious apartment will include a washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, window coverings and ceiling fans in the master bedroom.
The community also offers a limited number of handicapped units. Services and facilities onsite will include a community clubhouse with state-of the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, children’s game room, tot-lot playground, tennis and basketball courts, picnic pavilion, one mile walking trail and barbeque area. Additionally, six parking garages with direct access to the buildings will be offered to residents with the option to rent extra parking spaces.
The Walters Group is planning the grand opening of Stafford Preserve in the spring of 2012. VIP pre-leasing is currently underway.
