Famed Designer Alejandro Perez to Create a Design that Highlights the Model’s Open Floor Plan

Designed by Miami-based interior designer Alejandro Perez, the model will highlight the incredible versatility and informal luxury of the new floor plan, which Vizcaya offers as an alternative to the community’s traditional Townhome layout.
