Famed Designer Alejandro Perez to Create a Design that Highlights the Model’s Open Floor Plan

WEST ORANGE, N.J. – March 28, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Vizcaya, the luxury gated community in West Orange, will introduce a new furnished model Townhome this May that demonstrates the full potential of the new floor plan designs.

Designed by Miami-based interior designer Alejandro Perez, the model will highlight the incredible versatility and informal luxury of the new floor plan, which Vizcaya offers as an alternative to the community’s traditional Townhome layout. The alternative floor plan is more open and informal than the traditional layout, with a first-floor great room that flows naturally into the adjacent kitchen and formal dining room.

The alternative floor plan also features an elegant master suite with seating area and dual master closets. The master bath includes dual sinks and both a whirlpool tub and spa shower.
