Monarch Housing Associates Releases Individual County Assessment Reports Using Data from New Jersey’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for 20 Counties Throughout New Jersey

-

WASHINGTON, D.C. – May 23, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — In follow up to the 2012 Regional Assessment Reports released in April, Monarch Housing Associates has created Individual County Assessment Reports using data from New Jersey’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for 20 counties throughout New Jersey.

These reports are identical in categories and format to the Regional Assessment Reports and provide information on both total population as well as youth households served throughout 2012.

Findings include data about cause of homelessness, program discharges, and additional demographic information that paint the picture of the homeless population in each county in New Jersey.

The Individual County Assessment Reports can be used to assist counties in comparing their data to other counties as well as regions. These data reports will also be the first of many reports created to aid counties in using their HMIS data for planning purposes to further enhance their Continuum of Care (CoC).
