FORT LEE, NJ – January 14, 2008 – Metro Commercial, one of the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firms, successfully negotiated the lease of a 4,000-square-foot site in Lakewood, NJ, to Investors Savings Bank.

The bank, slated to open in the summer of 2008, will be located in a newly developed five-story office building in the heart of Lakewood’s central business district. Metro Commercial’s Ira Kerner represented Investors Savings Bank in the lease transactions. Uman Realty, the firm that developed the 29,250-square-foot office building at 101 Clifton Avenue, was represented by the Schultz Organization.
