We’ve got three Newark assets under our belt for 2010-2011, and we’re planning on picking up at least seven more by the end of the year. We want to be that spark that raises Newark’s residential value,” Ankit explains his aspirations for the city.
Those seven properties will be a hefty addition to the assets Ankit plans on acquiring— he is scheduled to purchase, renovate, and sell no less than thirty houses by December 2011.
