Toms River, N.J. – February 4, 2008 – GVA Williams New Jersey recently announced the sale of Country Manor located at 16 Whitesville Road in Toms River. GVA Williams New Jersey’s Executive Vice President John Cunningham represented both the seller, Country Manor-Dover Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saint Barnabas HealthCare System and the buyer, Diversified Capital Toms River, LLC, a local private investor.
Country Manor sits on 5.5 acres and consists of a 59,226-square-foot single-story facility, which once operated as nursing home, and a two-story residential building, which was utilized for administrative purposes. The new owner also plans to use the vacant buildings as a nursing home.
