Three deserving Realtors will receive the 2015 New Jersey Realtors Good Neighbor Awards during a ceremony on December 8 at the Triple Play Realtor Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City. The New Jersey Realtors Good Neighbor Awards recognize individuals who have made extraordinary commitments to community service programs throughout the state.

The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA) today joined local and state officials and representatives of Conifer Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development, Inc. (MEND) to celebrate the grand opening of Rittenberg Manor, a 100-unit affordable senior housing development in Egg Harbor City, Atlantic County. Five units will be set aside for homeless individuals, 62 and over.

In its continued effort to meet and assist Sandy-impacted families right in their home communities, the Christie Administration today announced that the 25th Housing Recovery Information Session will be held Wednesday, September 16th, in Brigantine, Atlantic County, to provide personal assistance for storm-affected homeowners participating in the Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation and Mitigation (RREM) Program and LMI Homeowners Rebuilding Program

NJCDC understands the importance of early childhood education. 90% of a child’s brain develops before the age of five, and NJCDC wanted to make sure that the three- and four year-olds attending their award winning preschool, Paterson Family Center (PFC), got their academic careers off to a strong start.
