Relevent Partners Relocates Warehouse to ProLogis Property in Lyndhurst, N.J.
LYNDHURST, N.J. – October 27, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Relevent Partners, LLC, a New York City-based experiential firm, has leased 22,000 square feet at Meadowlands Distribution Center, 1275 Valley Brook Ave. in Lyndhurst, announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The company will relocate its regional warehouse to the property from Jersey City this fall in an expansion move.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Stephen Elman and Robert Adams represented Relevent Partners in negotiating the long-term lease. Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty serves as broker for ProLogis, the property’s owner.
“Our client has grown substantially and needed larger storage space,” Adams said. “Superior highway access and proximity to Manhattan were among the key locational drivers in the site search. The Meadowlands submarket was a natural choice.
“Additionally, Relevent Partners wanted a clean, functional facility with minimal office space,” he noted. “Meadowlands Distribution Center fit the bill perfectly. ProLogis is known as a responsive, flexible landlord, which also added to this property’s appeal.”
