The technology trainers, as well as some selected members of the Gloria Nilson team, finished a “training the trainer” program led by Apple at their Freehold, New Jersey store. The training team is learning skills needed to compete in today’s market including how to use Keynote as a presentation tool along with presenting a full CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) from the iPad, filming house video tours and using apps such as Evernote and Dropbox to organize/share files (i.e. share floor plans, contracts).
By combining the cutting edge of technology with their professional skills and emphasis on production, Gloria Nilson will be able to attract the younger agents to the company and also provide its agents with all the modern tools necessary to service their clients, both buyers and sellers, as the industry continues to evolve to the digital space.
