Robbinsville Welcomes Gloria Nilson Realtors to New Town Center Office

As the saying goes in real estate, what counts is location, location, location.

July 15, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — That’s what mattered most to the management at Gloria Nilson, Realtors®, Real Living®, when they sought a new regional office that had been centered in nearby Hamilton for more than 20 years.

“From the moment we saw this location I was certain this was where we wanted to be,” said  Dick Schlott, CEO of Gloria Nilson, Realtors®, Real Living®.   “We had made the decision to move to Robbinsville, and this location was far and above our first choice.”

On Thursday, Council President Christine Ciaccio cut the ribbon formally opening the office on behalf of Mayor Dave Fried and the Robbinsville Township Council. Officials welcomed Schlott,  Gloria Nilson President Patricia Bell, Branch Manager John Burke, and their enthusiastic agents and staff to a beautiful new office at 2346 Route 33, in the emerging “downtown” that is Town Center.

“This new location increases our visibility, but we remain in the heart of the markets we have served so well, and will continue to serve,” Bell said. “We see exciting opportunities in Hamilton, in the Windsors, and the entire region.”

The new office, complete with sleek red-and-black awnings bearing the new “Real Living” branding, will allow Gloria Nilson to stand out in a regional market that extends south to northern Burlington County, north toward Princeton and West Windsor, west to Hamilton and east to Allentown, Upper Freehold and beyond.

Bell said Gloria Nilson’s successful rebranding, the strategic location, and an eye-catching fit-out of the Town Center space has helped the new Regional Office not only retain agents during the move, but also will be instrumental in increasing the sales force to 75.

“Town Center’s streetscape offers Gloria Nilson and its neighbors highly visible storefronts, so the space doubles as a round-the-clock reminder to those who walk or drive by that Gloria Nilson has upped the ante in the regional real estate scene,” said Burke, the branch manager.

Burke praised the office design by Bill and Melissa Bensch, B 2 Design Group.  “People just drop in to take a look at the new office or just to welcome us,” Burke said. “It is the most impressive real estate office I have ever seen,” Burke said
