NJ Supreme Court COAH Decision Review

Trenton, NJ– April 8, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The unanimous NJ Supreme Court decision regarding the Council on Affordable Housing, has left the non-profit community, special needs and other housing developers wondering what the ruling means for our work and what the next steps might be. To answer those questions, the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey and the Supportive Housing Association hosted an exclusive presentation by Fair Share Housing Center (FSHC).
