New Jersey Realtors hosts a ceremony groundbreaking on the site of their new headquarters, in the heart of a redevelopment district in Trenton.
Those participating in the groundbreaking include:
Assembly Majority Leader Lou Greenwald (District 6)
Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick (District 21)
Mercer County Executive Brian Hughes
Trenton Mayor Eric Jackson
Real Estate Commission Executive Director Robert Kinniebrew
New Jersey Realtors CEO Jarrod Grasso
New Jersey Realtors President Eugenia “Jean” Bonilla
Also in attendance are approximately 75 members, leaders, and staffers enjoying the momentous celebration. The 20,000 square foot building, expected to be completed in 2016, will host the New Jersey Realtors staff on floors 2 and 3, with the ground floor set to be leased out for retail, restaurant, or office space.
