NEW JERSEY’S ONLINE APARTMENT RENTAL NETWORK NOW OFFERING REAL ESTATE COURSE!

-

Starting September 25th and running until December 13th, Garden State Apartments will be teaming up with American School of Business to host a Real Estate Salespersons Pre-Licensing course. The eleven week course will prepare attendees for the state examination. Upon completion of our course, students will receive a “Certificate of Completion” which is used to gain admission into the state exam.

This course is also available to those interested in acquiring a basic knowledge of buying and selling real estate, and also provides an update and review for practicing salespersons.

Sunny Kancherla, CEO/Founder, states “With so many students, residents, and professionals in the Newark area, it only makes sense to offer a real estate class in our community.” These classes are being offered from the very same building that houses the Garden State Apartments headquarters.

“Currently, there are very limited licensing options in the downtown Newark area, if any at all. We are leveraging our connections within the real estate industry and bringing additional career options to people who may previously not had the opportunity or access to this type of education,” says Sunny.

“It is an exciting opportunity to bring a real estate licensing class to Newark and we are glad to finally find a way to offer it,” says Ed Davies of American School of Business.

Registration for this exciting opportunity has begun. Make sure to register for the course as soon as possible, as there are only a limited number of seats available!
