Metro Commercial Negotiates Sale of Heritage Square Shopping Center

Center represents secure investment for Northern NJ buyer

Mt. Laurel, NJ – March 27, 2008 – Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, announced today the sale of Heritage Square Shopping Center in South Brunswick, NJ.

Heritage Square is a 247,000-square-foot center located at the intersection of Route 1 and Stouts Lane. The center, which was sold by Pineville Brunswick Development Associates LP, includes Target, Best Buy, Stapes, and PetSmart as its anchors.

Metro Commercial’s Paul Rumley and Kurt Rumley represented Pineville Brunswick Development Associates in the transaction. The buyer is based in Northern NJ.

“The property was a very secure investment opportunity that matched the buyer’s investment criteria,” says Paul Rumley. “It is positioned for future success as it is situated in an area that is experiencing rapid commercial and residential growth.” Area demographics include a population of 175,972 within seven miles earning $89,905 as the average household income.
