IRVINGTON, N.J. – April 21, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — DeNeal’s Café & Grill at 40 and 50 Union Avenue Medical/Professional Office Campus recently marked its grand opening on the ground floor of the eight-story, 52,000-square-foot 50 Union Ave., office tower. The café, which is just steps from the adjacent four-story, 20,000-square-foot 40 Union Ave. building, is owned and operated by Alesia Williams, a 17-year food service industry veteran.

As the campus’ newest amenity, DeNeal’s Café offers a balanced menu of freshly prepared breakfast and lunch items as well as nutritious snacks and beverages. “All of the building’s guests – from children and their parents and grandparents, to staff members and delivery providers – are often relieved they can take a break from their hectic schedule and recharge with something to eat or drink,” said Williams, who attended Johnson and Wales University.

DeNeal’s is the latest upgrade at the medical/professional office campus, which is undergoing a capital improvement program implemented by property owner and manager Novus Equities, LLC. The Jersey City, N.J.-based company acquired the office buildings almost a year ago.

Centrally located just off Exit 143A of the Garden State Parkway, the office campus offers easy access to the region’s extensive medical facility network, including Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, East Orange Hospital and University Hospital. Routes 24, 78, 22, 1 and the New Jersey Turnpike also are minutes away.

Current tenants include professional services, including a law firm, as well as physician-based practices specializing in internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, obstetrics/gynecology and general surgery.

The 40 and 50 Union Avenue Medical/Professional Office Campus is owned and managed by Novus Equities. For almost three decades, the company has been revitalizing neighborhoods and business districts in Northern New Jersey through its urban planning, development, leasing and property management initiatives.
