Company Boasts $1.56 Billion in Public and Private Sector Projects

LITTLE FALLS, NJ – April 17, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — MAST Construction Services, Inc. (www.mastconstruction.com), an award-winning, Little Falls, NJ-based project and construction management services and owner’s representative firm, today announced a major milestone: the company will celebrate its 15th year in business this June.

“We are very pleased with, and proud of, our track record of success to date,” says MAST Founder and President Ted Domuracki. “We have been fortunate to be part of several high profile and signature projects in the New York metropolitan area and have many more in the pipeline.”

Building Business
During MAST’s decade-and-a-half in business, the company completed more than 200 projects in the public and private sectors, amounting to $1.56 billion. At the heart of the company’s achievements is a client-focused philosophy of providing project management services that emphasize three elements, all of which are featured in the firm’s tagline — responsiveness, reliability and results. To commemorate its anniversary and history of client service, the firm is adding a fourth “R” to its slogan: reputation.

Many Milestones
Among MAST’s broad scope of work are six projects currently underway, namely: the Hudson County Schools of Technology’s career technical high school in Secaucus, NJ, a new $150 million, 335,000-square-foot facility featuring renewable energy elements; the $48 million, 125,000-square-foot autistic school complex at the Bergen County Special Services School in Paramus, NJ; Berry Lane Park in Jersey City, NJ, a four-phase, $10.5 million project that will convert 14 acres of former industrial yards, facilities and warehouses into recreational space for Jersey City residents; and the $38.5 million, 77,800-square-foot Union County Family Court House in Elizabeth, NJ. MAST is also actively working at the Anna L. Klein School in Guttenberg, NJ, a $21 million school renovation and addition project, and the Lillian Booth Actors Home of the Actors Fund in Englewood, NJ, a $21.5 million, 24,000-square-foot renovation that will add 45 new beds to the assisted living and skilled nursing care facility.

Taking Notice
As an award-winning construction services firm, MAST has been recognized for its outstanding achievements and leadership, with notable honors for key projects in New Jersey, including: Hudson County Community College’s Culinary Arts Institute, College Library and North Hudson Campus; the Hudson County Correctional Center; Prudential Center Arena in Newark; the Garden Streets Lofts; Newark South Ward Police Precinct’s OEM Facility; and the Newark Riverfront Park.

Still Growing
While celebrating 15 years in business is a highpoint for MAST, the company isn’t stopping there. Recently, longstanding team members Troy Marzziotti, Jim Napolitano and Paul Skabich were elevated from senior project manager to project executive positions.

“It is our goal to maintain our leadership status as a boutique firm in the project and construction management and owner’s representative sectors of the industry,” adds Domuracki, who notes that growing in-house talent is an integral part of that plan. “I, along with my team, look forward to being a part of many more projects that leave a positive, lasting mark on the communities they serve, whether in New Jersey, New York or beyond.”
