NJ’s First Virtual & Paperless Real Estate Brokerage

Paramus, NJ – January 20, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Property Hub Realtors is utilizing the latest in technology to operate a virtual and paperless real estate brokerage and to better market sellers’ homes. With its web-based document management platform, implementation of social media and search engine optimization, Property Hub Realtors is staying ahead of the technology curve when it comes to selling or buying real estate.

As a virtual and paperless real estate brokerage, Property Hub Realtors plans on bringing real estate into the 21st century.

While driving up and down town centers and local highways, it is hard to ignore the fact that many retail shops are closing down. In addition, the mortgage crisis had put numerous real estate brokerages out of business from 2007 to 2009. This might discourage most people from starting their own real estate brokerage. However, this is exactly how Property Hub Realtors got started.

Being at the cusp of the technological era and recovering housing market, virtual and paperless is the future of real estate brokerages. We minimized our overhead to provide lead generating tools and higher commission splits for our agents and more marketing dollars for our sellers. If the agents aren’t in the field, they aren’t making money. Our office concept helps them be more efficient. Our agents do not have to be tech savvy to use our system. If you can fax, e-mail and fill in the blanks, you can use our web-based platform like a pro. It’s designed to be extremely user friendly.

The inspiration for a virtual and paperless real estate brokerage came from the many online businesses that have become a raging success, such as Amazon, Circuit City, EBay, and others. While many traditional brick and mortar offices are going out of business, online businesses seem to be thriving. This is because they have advanced into the 21st century, taking advantage of the technological growth the past five years. Furthermore, modern online businesses are more convenient than their traditional counterparts and accessible any time and from any location. Since less environmental resources have to be used to build their offices, these businesses are also following the “Green” trend which has been growing in popularity. It is time for the real estate industry to make the transition and step into the 21st century. Property Hub Realtors has managed to turn this vision into a reality. As Property Hub Realtors broker/owner Carmelo “Mel” Oliveri says, “Being at the cus  p of the technological era and recovering housing market, virtual and paperless is the future of real estate brokerages.”

As for the advantages of being virtual and paperless, he explains, “We minimized our overhead to provide lead generating tools and higher commission splits for our agents and more marketing dollars for our sellers.” Additionally, with their web-based platform, agents are 100% mobile and can access documents online 24 hours 7 days a week from anywhere in the world making the office efficient and productive: “If the agents aren’t in the field, they aren’t making money. Our office concept helps them be more efficient.”

However, just because the office is high-tech does not mean that the agents have to be technologically savvy. As Oliveri explains, “Our agents do not have to be tech savvy to use our system. If you can fax, e-mail and fill in the blanks, you can use our web-based platform like a pro. It’s designed to be extremely user friendly.” By going online, Property Hub Realtors is staying ahead of the technology curve when it comes to selling or buying a house.
