MAMCO Property Management Announces Client Additions

Mt. Laurel, NJ – January 4, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — MAMCO Property Management, an Associa company, recently expanded its diverse New Jersey client base with the addition of Watergate Condominium Association, Legacy at Meadowcroft HOA and Waters Edge Condominium Association.

“It is an honor to be chosen as the community management company for these three unique associations as they will help expand our already strong presence in the area,” said Nancy Hastings, MAMCO CEO.

Watergate Condominium Association is a 356-unit community in Maple Shade featuring both a clubhouse and a pool. The clubhouse includes a small library, exercise equipment and a large clubroom. It will be managed by Patricia Hochreiter, who previously served as the Administrative Assistant to Holiday Village East in Mt. Laurel where she completed her M-100 course.

Legacy at Meadowcroft HOA will be managed by Lynne Scotko and is a Ryan Homes community located in Florence. The homes provide easy access to Princeton and Philadelphia and are complimented by a clubhouse, pool, bocce ball area and walking paths.

Waters Edge Condominium Association features 67 townhome style condominiums in the prestigious Kings Grant section of Marlton. The community, which will be managed by Bruce Gosizk, boasts a water course and water views.
