GARY P. FOULKS AWARDED REALTOR® EMERITUS STATUS
December 17, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — On December 7th, at the REALTORS® Triple Play Convention in Atlantic City, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® recognized Gary P. Foulks, Regional Vice President and Broker of Record of Gloria Nilson, REALTORS®, Real Living® for receiving REALTOR® Emeritus Status from the National Association of REALTORS®. Emeritus status is awarded to a REALTOR® or REALTOR® Associate who has held membership in the National Association for a period of at least 40 years.
Mr. Foulks started his Real Estate career as a licensed New Jersey real estate sales person with Sterling Thompson and Associates, where he averaged an unprecedented 100 listings per year. In 1972 he became the youngest sales person to receive his Brokers license in the State of New Jersey. From 1976-1996 Foulks was the Co-owner of Foulks-Preston Agency, with offices in Middletown and Ocean Township New Jersey. In 1997 he joined Gloria Nilson, REALTORS® as Manager of the firm’s Holmdel office, and then in 2002 was appointed to his current position of Regional Vice President and Broker of Record.
